The creation of my 'King Crow' drawing!
Later on, I added a little gold leaf to the background and to his crown to finish him up.
This video shows the basics of my process. I always start with a simple but accurate pencil drawing, followed by an intricate rendering in ink. At the end, I use scratchboard tools to lift away highlights and add more detail. Enjoy!
